What comes out of your mind when you hear the word Ragdoll and Kittens? You would probably be thinking of a toy kitten, but no, there is actually a breed of cat that is named Ragdoll. These Ragdoll kittens are probably one of the most adorable kittens you would ever find. How so? Not all kittens crave for human contact and not all cats go limp when you hold them. Ragdolls have oval-shaped blue eyes. They are another distinguishing characteristic of the cat breed. It has a very plush fur that you do not really have to maintain much because it does not tangle. The kittens are born with white fur, but as weeks pass, they eventually develop color. The full coloration would not appear until year later.
The kitties are really big and their size could grow up to 3 times the normal size of a cat. Males are bigger than females. Of course, they weigh more. Females weigh around 8 to 15 pounds when fully grown. Males weigh around 12 to 20 pounds when fully grown. They are still adorable even when they get big. They would not get there until 4 years later so you could enjoy your kitten for a little while.
They crave for human contact so there is a tendency that it will follow its owner around like a puppy. It is very affectionate and playful for most of their lives. This is an indoor pet and being such, it lives more than an outdoor cat does which usually only amounts up to 4 years.
