Theories on the Extinction of the Dinosaurs

By Anthony Starks

What has happened to the dinosaurs? This may be a question most of us would have asked. Anyone who has seen the blockbuster science fiction film Jurassic Park led by Steven Spielberg would have definitely wondered what truly happened to the dinosaurs. There are lots of facts contributing to his or her rapid extinction. Although a lot of reasons have been attributed for the extinction, we're yet to figure out the real fact behind the particular rapid disappearance of dinosaurs in the earth.

The dinosaurs are vertebrate animals that are found to be existed in earth for over 160 thousand years ago. It has been said the dinosaurs first appeared on our land 230 million years ago. According to active facts it is considered that the dinosaur games regarding kids became extinct by the end with the Cretaceous period, about Sixty five million years ago. One of the most common reasons being mentioned is that the dinosaurs had become the patients of the raining meteors. The meteor attack was not entirely an incidental function. The attack must have happened suddenly and they might have found it difficult to hightail it from the calamity. Though the readings of the fossils suggest that the muscle size extinction was not an abrupt process. It would are already gradual over five million years.

There exists another theory that states that the dinosaurs had been hit by an extremely cold wave during the prehistoric time. The particular cold wave should have been resulted through the changes in the earths orbit. Planet earth was not very comfortable at that time. So it is been said that most of the wildlife in earth including the dinosaurs did not have enough time to travelled pass a thorough development process. There were few hairs over their health and they were not able to withstand the extreme cold climate. Their physical attributes were limited so because of this could not survive the intense weather. So they have been forced to collapse to the floor.

The third popular principle is the one that says that dinosaur names faced a great risk for their lives and have been burnt to ashes because of the extreme volcanic activity along with the subsequent acid rain. They were huge mammals and were unable to get away from the natural disaster. The particular delayed Cretaceous was a moment when many high tectonic action and volcanic action has taken place. Your super continent ended up being splitting paving way to new continents, and as a result global cooling came about. This led to muscle size extinction.

There are also values that the dinosaurs must have sunken and drowned inside a mass tsunami. The drive and the effect of the tsunami are usually unpredictable. Thus there are chances that the creatures must have faded into the water episode as they were vulnerable to such mass catastrophes. Yet another saying goes that scarcity in the food led to dinosaurs combating with each other thereby killing each other. The fragile ones died of hunger an a variety of other mammals began eating dinosaur eggs regarding survival. Moreover, in addition there are chances that the dinosaurs must have fought among themselves for establishing territorial advantages.

The true reason behind dinosaurs' extinction is still ambiguous. Yet it's true that the dinosaurs are becoming a real topic of great interest for the movie makers.
