If both your puppy's parents are merles, it is possible that your puppy will have problems with his ears or eyes. Make sure to check it with your vet. With only one merle parent, this shouldn't be something to be concerned about.

These dogs require sufficient exercise, and if you don't have a yard, it will be necessary to take your dog on regular long walks.
