Ensure that the vaccination has also been done accordingly. Puppies need to be vaccinated against various diseases during the first few weeks to give them a better immunity. These include diseases like Parvo, hepatitis, lept o, distemper, Corona, influenza, and Bordetella. Therefore, ask for the vaccination papers as proof.

A good breeder should also wean the puppies accordingly. Avoid breeders who sell their pups when they are too young because this can only mean that they have not been weaned naturally. However, you should check the litter as soon as it arrives so that you can pick the best puppy for yourself.

Ensure that the seller has a buyback policy. You might wonder what to do with a dog once you bought it and you realize that you do not like it. Well, the good news is that some sellers actually give you a grace period within which you can keep the pup and if you don't like it then you can return and get your money back.
