If the doctor requires you to stop the medicine, it will usually happen by gradually decreasing the dosage. If you suddenly stop taking the medicine, you will end up suffering from bad side effects.

Do not hesitate to make a few lifestyle changes. A good example of this is that you should eat healthy foods. Also, you should maintain a diet that is high in vegetables and fruits and low in fats and sugars. You have to be truthful to your therapist. The therapist will give you a treatment plan according to what you say. If you are not honest with the said professional, the treatment plan you will go through will not be effective for you then. It will just be a waste. That is why, you got to try your best to open up to your therapist regarding your ailment and yourself.

The therapist might give you some weird ideas for treatment. Even if you think that the ideas are weird, it is imperative for you to follow through with their suggestions. These ideas might be new and weird but you should trust your therapist. Be open to the new ideas given to you.

Do not give up. You should never feel as if your situation is really hopeless. That feeling is just there for now. You can eliminate that feeling of anxiety or hopelessness when you move forward, when you ask for help from other people, and when you motivate yourself to go forward.
