Always carry a positive attitude, and your pup will follow suit. Never yell at him when he does something wrong. Be gentle towards your puppy and never beat him for making errors.

You also need to learn your dog and come up with a program that he can adapt. Dogs are likely to get into a program and can easily adapt to a program. When you fail to give the pup an organized program, you are likely to confuse him or her.

Make sure that you encourage the pup to do better by giving rewards. Just like human beings, pups love to feel that they are doing well. Teaching the pup how to go about some things will require consistently. In case your job is demanding and may hinder you from being consistent, consider hiring a trainer.

You do not have to worry about teaching your puppy if you have a busy schedule and you are worried about lacking consistency. The trainers are committed to teaching dogs. Some trainers may also train your pups from your home. Make sure that you locate reliable pup trainers.
