If you were used to sexual based conversations, try talking about something a lot more different. This way, you will trigger the inner desire to change to a better person.

Have a list of options on the behavior you can adapt to help you change from being a bad person people think you are to becoming a well-behaved individual. It could be replacing alcohol with a bottle of soda or juice, replacing sexual talks with business idea, anything that can help you change from your kind of addiction. Make sure you have a clear list of the items that can help you become a better person and then prepare to meet a counselor.

Have your counselor listen to your situation and then let the m help you where possible. They will advice you on how you can lead a good life, the kind of life that will help you become a better person. You will begin to see the difference in a short while.
