Hand in hand with its small size, it can well adapt to small apartment and condominium living. Just make sure that if you live with it in small apartments and condos, that you take it out everyday for thirty minute walks at least.

On average expect the cavachon lifespan to be anywhere from ten to twelve years. This of course can be also somewhat lengthened with proper nutrition and care. Do avoid making this breed obese overfeeding which can be quite easy to do. It is important to note that an obese dog in general will have a shorter lifespan.
