Puggle: A cute and adorable playmate

If you are totally unaware about Puggles then do not worry, you are probably not the only one who has never heard about this dog. One thing that you need to know beforehand is that once you come to know what Puggles are, you might completely disbelieve all that you have learnt about Puggles.

To put it clearly, Puggles are a new dog breed which are basically a cross between a Pug father and Beagle mother. What about the resulting dog? Something that is a cross between a Beagle and a Pug is one of the cutest things that have come into the eyes of the public since the word cute was invented!

Other things like genetic illnesses and such are also important, but depends more upon the Puggle breeders and the breeding methods than anything else. If you are looking at Puggles to take as a new pet and you're worried about genetic illnesses and diseases from both the Beagle side and the Pug side, your best bet is to question the breeders about what their breeding program entails and what your risks are with the cross-bred Puggles.

Some other things that you need to look out for when buying Puggles as family pets include things such as intelligence, energy levels, trainability and temperament of the puppy. Where you live also has a dramatic impact on your Puggle puppy and you need to be sure that the place you live in suitable for the puppy.

For example, you would have to keep your Puggle in shade if you live in areas that are otherwise very hot. Another thing that you would be required to do would be to exercise your Puggle puppy carefully, as exercise in hot weather may induce quick overheating that may become the cause for illnesses.

Since Puggles are very active and playful in nature, you should first think whether you would be able to provide ample time and attention to your Puggle puppy before you decide to get it for yourself. Puggles are an active breed and enjoy playing and running a lot.
