When it comes to what your body needs, it often knows this better than your intellectual mind. The condition your body wants to be in is one of health, strength and vibrancy. Following a solid program of fitness and exercise can get you into this kind of condition faster than you think. You do not have to become Olympic material, you just need to begin doing some kind of physical activity on a frequent basis.
