By Janjie Matahum

Every single drug has some unwanted side effects, and sometime the side effects may be harmful to the user, but might not be unsafe for the other. There are several other medications that don't genuinely demand the prescription from the physician, and can be even bought in the comfort shops. Certainly one of these medications is what we call Nyquil. This is over the counter drug that has the generic identity of acetaminophen, pseudoephedrine doxylamine and dextromethorphan. This drug has been accustomed to handle fevers and often some colds and flu.

The acetaminophen is used to effectively remove moderate pains and fevers, while the use of doxylamine is responsible for dealing with colds, flu, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes and other similar signs and symptoms. This subject medicine is anti histamine and it lowers the amount of histamine in the body that is responsible for frequent sneezing and colds. Most of the Nyquil Side Effects are manageable, but others are very debilitating and hard to bear.

Almost all of the Nyquil Side Effects are just minors like ringing in the ears, difficulty in concentrating and other comparable signs. The challenge about this drug is the fact that this over the counter medicine can have some serious negative effects, and they should be taken with greater precautions, as too much of the drug can cause harm on the user's health. Regarding the use of the medication, the user must consult the physician to know the right dosage.

There may be some instructions in the back or within container of the medicine, but there are still some people that think it is fine to take extra dosage. The Nyquil Side Effects may manifest as nervousness, shallow breathing, unusual behaviors and thoughts, fever, flu symptoms, restlessness, increased in blood pressure, stomach pains, and insomnia. These symptoms have some tendencies to escalate on a higher level.

Any person can treat the Nyquil Side Effects. The only thing that he has to do is to strictly stick to the recommendations with the medicine. There may very well be some negative effects, but most of the time they are just minor and do not pose a great danger.

The said medicine has been use by some of people against some flu and typical colds. There are many those that have abuse the explained treatment. This drug may have the greater possibility that this can lead the user to suffer some extreme Nyquil Side Effects.
