The wonder of owning a pitbull terrier, how they stand apart from other breeds.

The terrier group of dogs is huge and varied.

From the littlest miniature yorkie to the huge and lovely muscle of the pitbull the terrier is a one off. Fun, complicated and intensely dependable are all words that would apply to a terrier of any type.

Terrier lovers appear to recognize one another from simply a look. Apologies fall from the mouth of the jack Russell owner as frequently as respiring. A vehicle that contains as little as one bold jack Russell shakes with crazed defensive barking at each opportunity.

The Staffordshire bull terrier owner is continually making an attempt to disentangle himself from the loving advances of the family pet. A staffie loves unlike all others. She believes that she is a lap dog that has to cling desperately to her owner, the Staffordshire bull terriers eyes are pools brimming with incessant love.

The owner with the pitbull as their type of choice has struggled inside recent years. This dog lover is faced with breed discrimination labelling their soft, slightly dopey and sensitive family dog as dangerous. Many live in fear of the authorized episode of their beloved dog.

West Highlands and Scotty dogs are fascinating tiny creatures. Trained with reward and well managed they're straightforward and fun. Under socialised and not trained with positive techniques these small dogs will definitely rule the household. Just ask the owner who finds himself sitting on the carpet whilst his westie and its scotty dog sister occupy the settee.

There are too many terrier types to mention here. All breeds are marginally different but basically the same, offering love, everlasting friendship and frequently exasperating training sessions. Terriers like to play tug, mash as near to you as they can get and ask numerous questions whilst you try to control them. Bright and delightful, responsive and reactive the terrier will enhance your life.

Actually when you live with your first terrier, the sole question you may ask is why you didn't discover them earlier. And if you arm yourself with the right data, you are going to be able to teach others how to train a pitbull.
