Based in Riverton, Wyoming, Central Wyoming University offers scholars a variety of 2 year course options to get an associate degree. This public varsity also offers them certificates as well as certification in a massive choice of areas of study.

The Associate Horse Science Degree leads to a transfer program directed at scholars who plan to pursue further 4 year academic courses. This programme has a curriculum that includes horsemanship, horse production, coaching, exhibition and equine care. - Teaching of Riding Scholars are given options involving a number of certificate courses as well as certificate programs.

Those that aren't desirous of pursuing a Horse Management associate's degree can go for a Horse Management certificate course instead. Scholars can select any one of 3 certificate programs: Horse Training Technology, designed to provide students with the preliminary talents and methods necessary to get employed in western equine training fields; Teaching Riding, designed to furnish scholars with the knowledge required to become riding instructors, whether for individuals or groups; and ultimately, the certification course in Farrier Science.
